Heard this interesting phrase from one of the girl at the swimming pool "SHARE IS CARING" lovely.
well, I think i know one of the reason that Phelps moves so fast aside from his training, the MUSIC really helps, yep, for me it's Baby Beluga.. always helps me swim steady and longer.
