first 'group therapy'?

'group therapy'...(hm, maybe that's why my left ear was itchy) I mean, workshop that I went to, it was enjoyable, fun, and the speaker was quite good, i was worried that I'd fall asleep with the way she speaks but she's very good at keeping us awake.
but for a psyc. major, though it's been years ago, it felt like a psyc. review class.
of all the books I read, I don't read any of Dr. Phil, , Secret and I change the channel when Oprah does her shows with such topics.

or just maybe I had deduced everything she said to two things : Markus Aurelius' Meditation and Buddhism.
